Before you can access your website stats, statistics must be enabled from inside the cPanel.
Choose Log Program(s)
The stats programs will start gathering information at that time and will display the previous day's statistics the next day (after 24 hours).
- Login to your FastDomain Control Panel.
- Click the Choose Log Programs icon, in the Statistics section.
- Check the stats programs (Awstats and/or Webalizer) that you would like to enable for any domains or sub domains hosted on your account.
- Click Save to save the changes.
To view the statistics, you should go to Webalizer or Awstats icon in the cPanel and click the View icon for the respective domains. Your addon domain will be listed in the format of addondomain.maindomain.com like a sub domain.
