All account transaction receipts are listed in the Billing History, including the invoice number, date, amount, and description. The receipt for the creation of your account will be available by midnight GMT on the date of purchase. All other receipts will be available immediately upon payment.
Use the following steps to access your receipts:
- Log into your FastDomain account.
- Select the Account tab at the top of the screen.
- Click on the Payments sub tab.
- Click on the Invoice Number on the left to open and view the full receipt. You may select to print the invoice from your browser.
Receipts reflect the contact and billing information on file at the time the transaction is made. We cannot make changes to the contact information on a receipt after the transaction has been processed.
